What we collect
When you use the Petra Kline Wealth Score, we may collect your name, email address, score responses, calculated score, archetype, and primary opportunity. When you use the paid Wealth System, information you enter into your private workspace may include income, expenses, assets, liabilities, debts, savings, goals, and planning preferences. We do not require a bank connection.
How we use information
We use information to calculate and deliver score results, operate and save the Wealth System, provide transactional and follow-up email, improve the service, prevent abuse, and provide customer support.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Petra Kline does not store full payment-card numbers. Stripe processes payment and related billing information under its own privacy practices.
We use Resend and related email infrastructure to deliver results, access links, and permitted follow-up messages. You may unsubscribe from marketing email while still receiving necessary transactional messages.
Storage and service providers
Information may be processed by infrastructure providers used to host the website, store application data, process payments, and deliver email. We limit use of these services to operating Petra Kline.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information we control by contacting support@petrakline.com. Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or transaction purposes.
Security
We use reasonable technical measures designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not enter account passwords, Social Security numbers, or full payment-card numbers into the Wealth System.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The current effective date appears at the top of this page.
